Our Team
Aaron Swihart
Aaron is the Owner of Solid Rock. He has a degree in Architectural Engineering. From a young age he started to do Home Remodeling with his dad. After graduating college he supplied materials through Menards, was an account manager for an interior trim company, went on to build custom homes before deciding he wanted to go out on his own and start Solid Rock Construction and Installation. He is passionate about quality craftsmanship, hard work, honesty, and his family.
Asa Swihart
Asa is the Estimator and the brother of Aaron. He has a degree in business management. Asa worked as a Disaster Restoration team leader for Service master while going to College. He brings his passion for people and construction to Solid Rock and focuses on great communication and on time estimates.
Thomas "Howie" Slater
Howie is a Team Leader at Solid Rock. He has been working in construction since high school. He brings his great attitude and hard work to the Solid Rock team.
